 I am a Columbia native and began working in the lending industry in 1996. In 2000, I went to work for a law firm as a legal assistant and worked with foreclosures. This environment taught me a great deal about the technical aspects of obtaining and reviewing title work for properties and understanding the importance of due diligence and meeting dead-lines. The smallest of details are so important when buying and selling properties. My experience in lending and then in the legal field brought me full circle to work in Real Estate. In 2006, I began working at Russell and Jeffcoat Realtors as a Relocation Coordinator. I worked with new hires and transferees and helped with all aspects of their move. This experience allowed me to work with Agents and 3rd Party Relocation Companies and many times worked as a mediator between Agents, Buyers and Sellers. This prepared me for what I do today. To work with individuals and families and to help them find a home that they love is so rewarding to me. I also understand that when it is time to sell your home, you likely have a lot of sweat equity and emotions invested.
